Poor diet refers to malnutrition and it occurs when the human body does not get enough minerals, vitamins and other nutrients. The ramifications of poor diet range from death, to many other diseases (like goiter due to lack of iodine minerals and to obesity due to over-nutrition). Overeating may be taken to refer to over-nourishment and it relates to taking excess of essential nutrients and not having or taking enough exercise.
